A Holistic Approach to Healing Emotional Scars

✨️From a Holistic Perspective ✨️

Each of us carries scars that bring suffering, resulting from specific and often painful life experiences. These experiences lead to the creation of certain defense mechanisms that cause us to avoid specific reactions in order to prevent further pain.

Today, I will briefly describe two of the five scars:

⚠️ Rejection ✨️
⚠️ Abandonment ✨️
⚠️ Injustice
⚠️ Betrayal
⚠️ Humiliation

When we understand and accept what is blocking us, we can begin the process of transformation. From a holistic perspective, by working with the corresponding chakra, we are able to redirect energy to begin the healing of that particular wound.

🧘‍♀️ Rejection Scar – Root Chakra

The first chakra is associated with the scar of rejection (root chakra). In this chakra, energy is blocked by the fear of freely expressing oneself due to the fear of other people’s reactions. Limiting beliefs are tied to the deepest fears. The best remedy for this wound is to take action—making an effort to open up to new possibilities with self-confidence and self-love.

🧘‍♀️ Sacral Chakra

It is also valuable to work with the sacral chakra because the energy of this chakra can greatly assist in regaining self-worth and emotional balance. Those who work with chakras know that the second chakra affects emotions, which need to be unlocked before we can find ourselves and bring to light what remains in our unconscious, in order to regain control over our lives and end self-destructive behaviors.

🧘‍♀️ Abandonment Scar – Solar Plexus Chakra

The third chakra is associated with the scar of abandonment. In the case of the abandonment wound, the third chakra, Manipura, is blocked, and its energy does not flow due to shame, which prevents belief in our own abilities. Limiting beliefs are tied to the fear that we do not deserve love, cannot love ourselves, and, most importantly, cannot make decisions.

Therefore, it is important to start the process of relearning how to reconnect with our bodies and rediscover the joy of living in the present, accepting ourselves as we are, and learning to trust in ourselves. It is valuable to include working with the solar plexus chakra in this process to find inner peace.
