Reiki Level I Course Program:

• History of Mikao Usui
• Main topics related to Reiki: diagnosis and selecting treatments
• Basics of working with energy and safety guidelines
• Analysis of the 5 main principles created by Emperor Meiji, followed by Mikao Usui
• Hand positions
• The 7 healing hands technique (Iyashi No Te)
• Performing treatments on yourself and others – main principles
• Full Reiki treatments
• Healing methods:
  • Navel healing method
  • Blood cleansing
  • Shaking technique
  • Breath healing
• Chakras, aura, and types of energy bodies
• Reiki for animals
• Mantras associated with chakras
• Selecting crystals for treatments, maintaining safety guidelines
• Emotional protection

Practice on Camera:

• Aura
• Chakra synchronization
• Chakra-related exercises
• Cleansing and energizing
• Proper breathing
• Strengthening chakras
• Healing with visualization
• Color exercises for recognizing the aura

Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate.

After paying for the course, the participant will receive materials in PDF format to review. Two dates will then be set for a meeting to discuss the theoretical (2 hours) and practical (2 hours) parts of the course.
